Tushar has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity. Before founding Stashfin, Tushar was Executive Director at Everstone Capital, a private equity firm based out of New Delhi where he led the firm’s investments in Northern India across retail and financial services.
His prior board affiliations include Ritu Kumar, Sohanlal Commodities Management and Transpole Logistics. Prior to Everstone, Tushar was a private equity investor with General Atlantic based out of New York, investing in areas of business services and technology.
Prior to General Atlantic, Tushar was an investment banker in the mergers and acquisitions team of Lehman Brothers based out of New York. Tushar started his career with Goldman Sachs in New York. He holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University, where he graduated Magna cum Laude. Tushar holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the CFA charter. He is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and the Aspen Institute.
Shruti has over 20 years of experience in financial services and entrepreneurship. Prior to Stashfin, Shruti was the Founder and CEO of Secret Caché New York, a premier boutique in the US. She was earlier an investment banker with Merrill Lynch in New York and PwC in India. In her capacity as an investment banker, she has executed transactions worth over $1bn.
Shruti is a Chartered Accountant and has completed her Masters from Columbia University and Bachelors from SRCC. She is an active member of FLO, Yi and Ellevate.
35+ years as an experienced banker with one of India's largest lenders, State Bank of India, Mr Ronjan has worked in various roles like Retail, Human Resources, International Banking, Forex Business and Risk Management. He has worked as the CGM Delhi Circle ( largest circle ) of SBI with a business size of more than 4.50 lac cr and 18000 employee strength and handled branches spread over Delhi, Western UP, Uttarakhand and half of Haryana just before his superannuation. Prior to that, he was chosen to head the newly created Jaipur Circle with a specific task of handling smooth merger of the largest number of associate bank branches into SBI. Mr Ronjan is on the board of few NBFCs and is devoting his time in pursuing his time in creative writing/motivational speeches and also acting as a regular guest speaker/ analyser for the All India Radio Delhi.
Mr. Vijay Jasuja is a seasoned banker and credit card/digital payment expert with 44 years of varied experience in all areas of banking and finance: Corporate, Mid Corporate, MSME, International Banking, Rupee and Foreign Currency loan syndication and also retail banking.
He has worked with SBI for 38 years holding positions of Corporate / Mid Corporate branch head, Retail Network Head, Head of SBI’s international operations in various overseas geographies through subsidiaries, CEO of Bank’s operations in Sub-Sahara Africa and Maldives/Sri Lanka. Retired as Managing Director & CEO of SBI Card after four years tenure.
Currently he is Independent Director on Board of two companies, Independent Member of Rating Review Committee of CRISIL and an expert Consultant in Banking & Digital Payment with leading global consulting firms like GLG, Third Bridge, InsightAlpha, Infollion, Nfolion, Lynk Global.
With over 40 years of banking experience in senior positions at Union Bank of India, Bank of Baroda and State Bank of India. Former Chief General Manager, (Top Executive Cadre), State Bank of India, represented SBI in various Committees of RBI, possesses banking experience in Industrial and Retail Credit, Forex, Treasury, and Operations, former member, Advisory Board of ARCIL, Mentor and former Dean – Finance, SIES College of Management Studies. Independent Director, N R Agarwal Industries Ltd., Akara Capital Advisors P Ltd. Domain Specialist, CARE Advisory Research & Training.
He is a Postgraduate in Commerce, Certified Associate, Indian Institute of Bankers, CIA, Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida and Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI.
